Please note that we reserve the right to edit and/or reject any
submissions that we receive. If you would like your hard copy submissions
returned to you, provide us with a SASE.
The submission deadline for the upcoming issue
of The Crestone Eagle, is the 20th of the current month.

Articles and press releases are accepted at the publisher's
discretion. Please follow the guidelines below. |

Length: Unless prior arrangements
have been made, please keep the length of your article to fewer than 500
words.
Content: We accept articles that are specific to
Crestone, The Baca Grande, Moffat, and the San Luis Valley. We occasionally
accept articles of a more general interest.

your submission as an attachment to your email as well as in the body

must be fewer than 200 words.
Content: We accept letters that are specific to
Crestone, The Baca Grande, Moffat, and the San Luis Valley. We occasionally
accept letters of a more general interest. We do not accept
anonymous letters, or letters addressing personal issues.

We accept events for the Community Calendar. |

accept Valley-wide events, if room permits. Please include a brief, less-than-10-word
description of the event, the date and time, as well as a contact phone
number.

- Include information about the artwork such as

Format: We are on Macintosh systems. Please Do
Not send files in the following formats:
.pub, .mix, .doc, .ppt. or in any other Windows specific formats.
We Can accept email, zip disk, or cd with the file in the following
formats only:
.pdf, .psd, .jpg, .gif., .tiff

Whenever possible, please provide us with the original or a professional quality
reproduction of the artwork or photographic print.
