19th Annual Crestone Energy & Sustainability Fair
The
19th Annual Crestone Energy Fair will be held Labor Day weekend,
August 30, & 31, with the Home Tour the following day,

August 29, 6pm there will be a community potluck/barbeque
at the Crestone Town Park.
August 30, 7pm dance to the Peaceful Warriors at the Crestone
Town Park. Free with Fair admission.
Come to the Crestone Town Park at 9am-5pm on the 30 &31.
Come see some great presentations & demonstrations:
• Biomass gasification
• Biogas digester
• Hydrogen assisted fuel systems
• Algae fuel applications
• Solar installation/equipment
• Food preservation/canning
• Local food and energy
• Plus the Home Tour! (Sept 1)
There will be fantastic entertainment, with live music by
local stars, The Peaceful Warriors. Bring the kids for wagon
rides, children’s activities and home-cooked fresh local
foods.
Want to help? Be a volunteer, either before the fair or the
days during, to help set up, or break down. We need information
table folks, kids’ activities helpers, and general runners.
Join us for a strawbale stage-building party on Thursday,
August 28.

park at 5pm.
Suggested donation to enter the fair is $5; feel free to
be generous.
